Dismantle The Car
Before you can restore the car you need to remove all of the old and outdated parts. You may need to completely dismantle the car or you may be able to do it one section at a time. Make sure you do not damage the car as you dismantle it.

Find Replacement Parts
You will not be able to restore the car without the necessary parts. Make sure you can find all the parts you need before you move on and try to restore it.

Rebuild
Once you have everything dismantled and have the parts you need, you can begin to rebuild the car. For many people this the most exciting part of the restoration process. It can also be one of the most challenging so make sure you take your time and do not get ahead of yourself.
